Challenge Coin

Overview:

Our world is filled with technology. Knowing you have an ally that is committed and wiling to help you navigate the tech world with your best interest in mind deserves to be recognized. The Linux Challenge Coin is awarded to deserving recipients who demonstrate the technical proficiency, desire, and willingness, to help those around them leverage Open Source technology to it's full potential.



Qualifications:

The Linux Challenge Coin is awarded to technologists who demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Understands the value and priority of the individuals behind the tech.

  • Believes that technology is at it's best when it is Open Source.

  • Has a passion to make knowledge shareable and discoverable in order to empower users.

  • Demonstrates a willingness to do the work the user doesn't want to do when the user's desire to learn has ended.

How was the outcome / how was the end user empowered by the technology?



What additional work or steps were taken to maximize the users experience and minimize the friction?
